Good Name Collective Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes, returns may be necessary. Our Returns Policy aligns with Australian Consumer Law to ensure that your consumer rights are protected.

 

Requesting a Return/Refund:

1. You have up to 7 days from the date of receiving your order to submit a return/refund request. Please contact us via email at hello@goodnamecollective.com to initiate the process.

2. Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are considered final sale, and we are unable to process returns or refunds for these items. 

3. Once we receive your return/refund request and it is approved, we will provide you with a return label via email. This label will enable you to send the item back to us.

Returning the Item:

4. You have 7 days from the date of receiving the return label to send the item back to us. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for safe transit. After sending the item, please notify us when this has been done to facilitate a smooth process.

5. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. We recommend reviewing our team's instructions when you request the return label.

Item Inspection and Refund:

6. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our returns criteria. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition:

  • Unworn
  • Tags still attached
  • In its original packaging

7. If the item meets the required criteria, we will proceed to issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise mutually agreed.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances:

8. We are here to work with you and address any concerns or special circumstances. If you have a unique situation, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.

By Australian Consumer Law, you do not have a right to return a product if you:

  • changed your mind
  • ordered the wrong product
  • found the product cheaper elsewhere
  • were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product. This is important to note particularly for items under our "Samples" collection
  • damaged the product by having used or tried on the product and it caused damages, stains or tears.
